10 towns · 7 counties · One local studio
Local expertise across the region.
Yardie is based in Winterville, NC — but our work spans the broader Eastern North Carolina region. From Pitt County’s mature neighborhoods to Beaufort County’s waterfront properties and Craven County’s historic districts, we bring the same drawn-first design process and in-house craftsmanship to every project.
We’re not a franchise covering a territory on a map. We’re a small local studio that knows these communities, their soils and architectures, and has built our reputation by walking the same streets year after year.
Don’t see your town below? Send us a message. We routinely take projects further afield when the architecture and the brief warrant the travel.
Postcards from the towns where we work.

Greenville
Yardie's home base. Most of our installed projects sit within a fifteen-minute drive of the studio.

Winterville
The studio is here, in Winterville. Many of our maintenance routes are walked from this office.

Ayden
We've worked in Ayden for years — old neighborhoods with mature canopy and brick architecture suited to careful masonry.

Farmville
Farmville has been a regular project market — see the May Boulevard project for a recent example.

Washington
Waterfront work in Washington and the surrounding areas. Salt-tolerant planting palettes and storm-resilient hardscape.

Kinston
Larger residential lots and traditional architecture. We bring teams to Kinston on extended project timelines.

New Bern
Historic district work and waterfront projects in New Bern.

Goldsboro
Residential landscape and hardscape projects across Wayne County.

Wilson
We've taken on full-property landscape redesigns in Wilson on multi-week schedules.

Rocky Mount
Project work in Rocky Mount and surrounding Nash and Edgecombe county neighborhoods.
